What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 2-7 days for delivery within the United States. We aim for a quick turnaround so you can enjoy your gear as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?

Absolutely! We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, allowing you to exchange or receive a store credit. However, please note that white garments and sale items are final sale. For more details, check our comprehensive return policy.

My order says "Delivered" but I can't find it. What should I do?

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) directly. We cannot assist with lost or stolen packages once they're marked as delivered.

My package is stuck in "Transit." How long will it take?

Please allow up to two weeks for your package to arrive. If it's still missing after that, contact our customer support team, and we'll assist you promptly.

My order was returned to sender. Can I get it again?

 If your order was returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot resend it for free. You can place a new order with the correct shipping address, but you'll have to pay for shipping again.

I received the wrong items. What should I do?

No worries! Simply return the incorrect items and send us a photo. We'll send you the correct items at no extra cost.

Can I exchange an item that's sold out?

We'll do our best to find a similar item for you. If we can't, we'll offer you store credit so you can choose something else.

Can I return my order from outside the United States?

Yes, you can return your order. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

Absolutely! You can use both a discount code and a gift card when placing your order, maximizing your savings.

Can I use a discount code on a previous order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to past purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I know when an item is back in stock?

Simply sign up for notifications! Find the out-of-stock item, select your desired color and size, and click "Notify me." We'll send you an email confirmation and let you know as soon as it's available.

What's the best way to care for my product?

To keep your product in great condition, please follow the care instructions carefully and use it only for its intended purpose.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help!

30 Days Warranty

1. What is your Return Policy?

  • Easy return for exchange or store credit within 30 days after receiving your parcel. Please keep in mind that the items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days after receiving your parcel.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items labeled with final sale or purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and therefore not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased with the gift card (store credit) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • White garments, due to their delicate nature and susceptibility to staining during try-on or removal, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How do I make a return?

* Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the quality of our products, the package lost or damaged, etc.

* Note that MILA MVMT is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong before being shipped, please contact us at support@milamvmt.com with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.

* Each eligible item can only be returned or exchanged once. Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
